Amy is a meditation and mindfulness educator for youth and adults in NYC and the Hudson Valley. She has delivered Lineage programs to young people in public schools, suspension sites, alternative-to-incarceration programs, and a homeless shelter. Amy is inspired to see youth transform as they connect with mindfulness practice and make it their own. She is always learning from the honesty and open-heartedness of her students.

Amy has created yoga and mindfulness classes for children, wellness programs for teens, and professional development workshops for teachers, in collaboration with HealthCorps (founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz), The Equity Project Charter School, Amistad Dual Language School, Monroe Academy for Visual Arts & Design, KIPP Academy, and Howland Public Library. Her extensive mindfulness and yoga training includes the Integral and Anusara methods of Hatha yoga, and Vipassana meditation. Amy holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theater from Western Michigan University.
