LAUREN MULLIGAN
PROGRAM & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Lauren believes that the criminalization of vulnerable youth demonstrates the culmination of society’s deepest injustices, and that serving those most marginalized is the only path toward a more just and equitable world. Lauren assists Lineage Project with administrative tasks and provides program support for the organization’s after-school program at Horizon Juvenile Center, where she helps to measure outcomes and has coordinated the creation and publication of a mindfulness activity book for detained youth. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Vassar College and is a certified yoga teacher. Empowering young people through Lineage Project’s programs is the ultimate alignment of Lauren’s academic focus in social justice and her passion for yoga.
