Alternative-To-Incarceration Programs

The Fortune Society Alternative to Incarceration Program

This program is for defendants ages 18 to 24 who are charged with felonies and would otherwise be facing at least one year of jail or prison time. The youth are still under strict supervision, but they are allowed to stay in their communities, receiving the intensive life-stabilizing services they desperately need. Those who complete their program successfully receive sentences that require no further incarceration.

Lineage has taught two classes a week at Fortune since 2009.
