Headshot Eleazar Adjehoun Lineage Project

ELEAZAR ADJEHOUN
Teacher

Eleazar Adjehoun is an advocate for equitable access to critical resources, a mindfulness educator, and firm believer in the restorative and grounding properties of quality time spent recalibrating, particularly in outdoor spaces away from our screens.

Eleazar began his youth development career as an Outdoor Adventure-based Experiential Education Facilitator during the summer of 2014 at the Princeton Blairstown Center. There, his reverence for the outdoors, mindfulness, meditation, star-lit skies, early mornings, and the power of building community through mindfulness practices took root. Throughout his career, Eleazar has cemented a commitment to helping communities foster long-term relationships with wellness, each other, mindfulness, and the solace of outdoor spaces. Whenever nature’s soundtrack of shifting gravel and bird songs wind down,

Currently, Eleazar develops and delivers programming for youth, adults, and corporate clients through The Princeton Blairstown Center, Hurricane Island Outward Bound Schools, Divergent Team Builders, Young Presidents' Organization, and Optimal Performance Associates, LLC. Full-time, Eleazar works with the Institutional Partnerships team at Resilia. Resilia is a Black Woman-led social enterprise tech company that works closely with change-makers, funders, government, and institutions to provide capacity building support to grantee-partners and nonprofits. Resilia is in the business of helping those closest to pain, move closer to power.

Eleazar studied Psychology and Peace and Conflict Studies at DePauw University which informs his approach to cultivating culturally responsive and holistic adventure-based experiences.

On the side, Eleazar is a style consultant, avid polaroid photographer, community builder, and an ambassador for unexpected adventures, every day of the week. Eleazar has a playlist for ANY given moment. You name it, yep, even that one.
