CASEY GERBER
Program and Operations Manager
Casey joined the Lineage team as the first-ever Program and Operations Specialist. She is excited to bring her business acumen, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills to support programs, fundraising, communications, and general administration.
She received her undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School. Casey previously worked as an Operations Manager at Rent the Runway before transitioning into the nonprofit sector.
Casey is passionate about building connections and community. Outside her work with Lineage, she is a volunteer counselor for Crisis Text Line and is always searching for ways to be involved in local events in Hoboken, NJ. She also has a strong, personal yoga practice.
